Bernard McCabe
Deputy President and Head of Taxation, Commercial and Small Business Taxation divisions Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
Deputy President McCabe was appointed a part-time member of the Tribunal in 2001 while he was an associate professor of law at Bond University where he lectured in commercial law. He became a full-time senior member of the Tribunal in 2003 and was appointed deputy president and division head in 2016. He was previously a member of the legal committee of the Companies and Securities Advisory Committee, the Commonwealth’s peak advisory body on corporate law.
