District Judge Kevin Ho Hin Tat, State Courts of Singapore
Kevin is a District Judge in the State Courts of Singapore. Kevin is part of the Community Courts and Tribunals Cluster in the State Courts, and hears cases relating to low value disputes in the Small Claims Tribunals, employment disputes in the Employment Claims Tribunals, harassment claims in the Protection from Harassment Court, as well as neighbour disputes in the Community Disputes Resolution Tribunals. Prior to that, Kevin practiced in two of the largest law firms in Singapore, dealing with complex commercial disputes, sensitive investigations, cross-border insolvency and employment matters. Kevin also served as a State Counsel and Deputy Public Prosecutor in the Attorney-General’s Chambers in Singapore, prosecuting a variety of criminal offences, including capital offences in the High Court of Singapore. Kevin graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
