Scientific DevOps Community of Practice: What platforms do we need into the future?

Mr Sven Dowideit1

Looking into a future where the scientific computing groups need to run large scale modeling, do ad-hoc analysis on ever increasing datasets, and deliver visualisations to stakeholders and public alike – we need ways to efficiently provision and autoscale on production capable infrastructure.

Join us to have a cross-organisational discussion to find out what common systems we could build together, what infrastructure we can rely on, and what comes next.

Specifically, we can either focus on building joint Container clouds, or on lower level components like SSO, Vault, container registry and monitoring that we need to provision our own.
