Zoe Dyson is a leader in human-centered design, service strategy, and service transformation. She has 20 years of experience designing and implementing user-centric service reforms across a range of complex environments covering private sector, public transport and roads, environment, emergency services, and justice. Her passion has been in establishing and growing human-centered design capabilities and practices to drive innovation, supporting organisations to deliver high-impact user-focused services. She has led strategic service model development and service re-design across both physical and digital channels, operating model design and reform implementation. She specialises in integrating human centred and user experience design into digital strategy, design and implementation.
