Brett Carter is the Principal Tenancy Adjudicator at the New Zealand Tenancy Tribunal. Brett is also the Deputy Chair of Council of Australasian Tribunals and the chair of the COAT Tribunal Case Update editorial committee and a member of the COAT AI sub-committee.
