Member Claire Bennett. Claire is a decision maker at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT). As a Chartered Professional Engineer with experience in civil, environment and resources matters, she is an expert Member who resolves disputes and makes decisions in the Planning and Environment Division of VCAT. Claire has previously presented on the nexus of artificial intelligence, engineering and law at various events, including for those run by Victorian Law Week, Deakin University, Melbourne University and the Victoria Law Reform Commission. Claire is currently co-chair of the VCAT AI Committee and a member of the Court Services Victoria AI Working Group.
