Kim Rosser
Principal Member, NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal
Kim Rosser has been a Tribunal Member for more than twenty five years, consistently working in high volume jurisdictions. She is currently a Principal Member of the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT), sitting in the Consumer and Commercial Division and on the Appeal Panel. Prior to the formation of NCAT, Kim was a Senior Member of the Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal. She has also been a Member of the Refugee Review Tribunal and the Social Security Appeals Tribunal and in 1993 was one of the first two Conference Registrars appointed to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
