Judge Henry Jackson

Henry Jackson was admitted to practice in Western Australia in 1998.

He practised briefly in Perth before moving to Melbourne, where he worked for the Victorian EPA and in large and medium sized firms before being called to the Bar in 2007.

In 2010 he returned to Perth where he practised solely as a barrister.

He specialised in planning and environmental law but his practice included public law litigation more generally as well as commercial litigation.

He took silk in 2019.

In January 2022 he was appointed as both a District Court Judge and Deputy President of the State Administrative Tribunal.
