Franca has a background in law and academia and extensive experience providing training and dispute management services.
Franca’s diverse practice includes mediating and conciliating in a number of South Australian and Federal courts and tribunals and facilitating restorative engagement between survivors of abuse and organizational representatives under the Redress Scheme.
Franca Chairs the Law Society of South Australia (LSSA) ADR Committee and is a member of both the LSSA and Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) Mediator Accreditation Committees and the LSSA Ethics and Practice Committee. She was inaugural Secretary and a founding Director of the Mediator Standards Board (MSB) (2010-2013) and coordinated the first Review of Standards project from 2013-2015.
Franca works with integrity, compassion and a high level of skill in complex and emotionally sensitive situations. She consistently receives excellent feedback about the value she brings to training offerings.
