Dr Juliet Lucy
Principal Member, NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal
Juliet is a Principal Member in the Administrative and Equal Opportunity and Occupational Divisions at the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT).
Juliet was called to the bar in NSW in 2012, where she practised until 2024, primarily in public law. She was a sessional senior member of NCAT between 2014 and 2024, sitting mainly in its Administrative and Equal Opportunity and Occupational Divisions and on its Appeal Panel, and a full-time Presidential Member at the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal from 2024 to 2025.
Juliet is the co-author of two editions of a book about practice and procedure at NCAT and is the updating author for the procedural fairness subtitle in Laws of Australia.
