Anne Lindsay has worked in the area of dispute resolution for over twenty-five years and was appointed as the Principal Registrar of SACAT in March 2019. In that capacity, she assists SACAT’s President with the administration of the Tribunal. In her previous role at the SA Employment Tribunal, she was a Commissioner and managed the alternative dispute resolution area of the Tribunal.
Anne is a graduate of the University of Adelaide with honours degrees in Law and Arts. She became accredited as a mediator through the Resolution Institute (Leadr) in 2012. Anne’s experience as a Registrar, Tribunal Member and as a Mediator, has influenced her understanding of registry management, case management and dispute resolution. She has a particular interest in access to justice, alternative dispute resolution and understanding the role of technology in the Tribunal setting.
