Anne is Deputy President of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT), head of NCAT’s Guardianship Division and a member of NCAT’s Appeal Panel. For over two decades Anne has held senior roles in State and Commonwealth tribunals in a range of jurisdictions. Anne has a long interest in the professional development of tribunal members and for over a decade led the development of the Council of Australasian Tribunal’s professional development program. Anne stepped down as Chair of the Council of Australasian Tribunals in 2024. Anne is a director of the Australian Guardianship and Administration Council.
