Simon is currently the Head of Sales and Strategy at ReadyTech Justice, where he has held the role since 2022.
Prior to joining ReadyTech, Simon was a former senior executive at the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court of Australia and has more than 25 years’ experience working in, and with courts and tribunals in Australia and other parts of the world.
Simon has worked extensively with the judiciary, executive and administrative arms of government to help improve the services provided by courts and tribunals. Simon understands the complex operating environment required to enhance services to support the independence of decision makers, while improving access for the community, at the same time as driving efficiencies within the administration of the justice sector.
Simon is now applying his knowledge and understanding of the challenges faced by the justice sector to modernise the systems supporting courts and tribunals to generate efficiencies using innovative and best of breed technologies including case management systems and online services.
Simon’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Science in Justice from the University of Canberra and a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Management from Macquarie University.
