Tim Banner began his professional journey in the UK, where he gained significant leadership experience. In 2008, he relocated to Australia, and for over 15 years, he has been consulting in both the public and private sectors across Australia and New Zealand. This extensive experience has given Tim a unique perspective that effectively bridges the gap between strategy and customer service delivery.
He has assisted leaders in implementing successful reforms in various organisational settings, including the judicial system. During his talk, Tim will share examples of how his approach has helped executive leaders simplify responses to complex organisational challenges while maintaining a positive impact on customer services. Additionally, Tim is the co-author of “Reconceive: New Thinking for Progressive Leaders to Create Productive, Positively Viewed Service Organisations.”
