Judge Andrew Palmer

As a student, Andrew Palmer won the Supreme Court Prize at Monash and the Vinerian Scholarship at Oxford. As an Associate Professor at Melbourne Law School, Andrew taught and wrote on the law of evidence, proof and advocacy. As a senior counsel at the Victorian Bar, Andrew practiced primarily in the area of regulatory crime. As a judge of the County Court, Andrew sits in the criminal division.
