Associate Professor Sean Brennan

Director, Indigenous Legal Issues Project, The Gilbert + Tobin Centre of Public Law

Sean BrennanĀ is an Associate Professor at the UNSW Faculty of Law and Justice and a member of the Gilbert + Tobin Centre of Public Law. Before joining UNSW in 2002, and since, he has worked with a variety of Aboriginal and other community organisations and hisĀ teaching, writing and external engagement focus mainly on constitutional law, native title and land rights. He was a member of the pro bono legal team that supported the Regional Dialogues and First Nations Constitutional Convention, the process that culminated in the Uluru Statement from the Heart.
