The Hon John Griffiths
Acting Judge, NSW Court of Appeal
John Griffiths has been an Acting Judge of the NSW Court of Appeal since April last year, after he retired as a Judge of the Federal Court, where he served for 10 years. He has degrees from the Australian National University, Harvard University and the University of Cambridge. Prior to commencing legal practice in 1986, he was the Director of Research of the Federal Administrative Review Council. He has written and presented numerous papers on many aspects of Public Law, including to COAT conferences.
